This community service program aimed to increase adult women's knowledge of self-massage and stretching as an effort to maintain muscle health and prevent tension caused by daily activities. The activity was motivated by the high incidence of muscle fatigue among adult women due to static postures and limited understanding of simple muscle care techniques. The program applied an educative-participatory approach through workshops and hands-on practice involving 25 female participants of productive age. Participants received materials on the basic concepts of massage and stretching, their benefits for muscle fitness, and practical techniques that can be easily performed at home. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test questionnaires to measure the improvement of participants’ knowledge after the training. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding and awareness of self-massage and self-stretching, as well as their motivation to apply the techniques independently. This program proved effective and relevant to community needs, with potential for further development through digital media to expand access to muscle health education.
