The challenges faced by MSMEs in Leuwiseeng Village include marketing due to limited digital marketing skills and literacy; product labeling due to a lack of understanding and knowledge of product packaging and labeling; and organic fertilizer management due to a lack of knowledge about fertilizer utilization and management. This Community Service Program utilizes descriptive analysis and training methods, describing the background of the problem, needs, potential, and opportunities for human resources. Therefore, the solution offered to address the challenges faced by MSMEs in Leuwiseeng Village and increasing village independence is a workshop on socialization and training in digital marketing strategies, packaging, and organic fertilizer management. The stages involved observing the situation and capabilities of owners and employees; then developing a plan based on the equipment, management, and human resource skills. Data collection supports and enhances soft and hard skills, as well as competencies in utilizing technological advancements and changes in digital or online sales methods, packaging, and organic fertilizer production management. The activities began with a preparation phase, followed by implementation, and finally, a reporting phase, which was completed within two months. The results and outputs achieved after participating in the Digital Marketing Strategy, Packaging, and Organic Fertilizer Management Socialization and Training Workshop include: First, MSMEs can utilize the internet and information technology to expand their business market, such as by marketing partner products on Facebook and Instagram. Second, MSMEs can understand and develop skills in creating partner product packaging and labels, as well as pricing partner product packaging. Third, MSMEs can understand and develop skills in producing environmentally friendly organic fertilizer, improving the quality of food production, food health, and agricultural resource sustainability.
