This study was conducted with the aim of identifying strategies for developing the appeal of Lieseng Waterfall and the swimming pool in Cacaban Village, Singorojo District, Kendal Regency. The potential within this village has not been optimally exploited due to a lack of promotion and limited infrastructure. The importance of this research lies in its efforts to revitalize and support the development of sustainable tourism villages and improve the welfare of the community. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The descriptive method is used to systematically, factually, and accurately examine and describe the conditions of the Curug Lieseng waterfall and swimming pool tourist attractions in Cacaban
Village. The results show an increase in community awareness in tourism management, effective promotion strategies through social media and integrated tour packages, as well as development recommendations such as the addition of environmentally friendly facilities and local cultural events. The main conclusion is that this revitalization not only increases tourist attraction but also empowers the community to be economically independent, becoming a model of sustainable service for similar villages in Indonesia.
